Personal data processing policy
1. Data controller and contact details
Sole proprietor Ilya Evgenyevich Tarasov, TIN 440702105191, OGRNIP 325774600778858, is the personal data operator for tarasovweb.ru visitors. The operator is registered on 12.11.2025, the registering authority is the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 46 in Moscow. This policy describes the processing of data on the site and applies to the Russian and English versions.

Do not send passport details, bank card details, health information or other special categories of data. The site does not ask for biometrics. When transferring information about another person, make sure that you are entitled to do so. Consent to the enquiry does not constitute consent to advertising mailings or distribution of personal data.
3. Processing procedures and retention periods
Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, extraction, use, provision to authorized performers, blocking, deletion and destruction using and without automation tools.
New enquiries from 05.10.2026 are stored in a working repository for up to 180 days from the date of sending, unless a separate legal basis requires another period. Links for downloading attachments are valid for 30 days; files are deleted along with the enquiry. Copies in correspondence, backup copies and documents must be deleted by the operator upon reaching the purpose and expiration of the applicable deadline. Contractual and accounting documents are stored within the time limits established by law. Consent and confirmation of its receipt are stored as part of the enquiry record.
If the purpose is reached or consent is withdrawn and there is no other reason, the processing is terminated, the data are destroyed within a period of not more than 30 days, except in cases provided for by law. Short-term records limiting the frequency of requests are cleared after two days; cookie settings are valid for up to 180 days or until it is changed.
4. Recipients and external services
enquiries are submitted to admin@tarasovweb.ru. The site uses MyArena web hosting (PC-Media LLC) and Yandex mail services and the recipient's mail provider. They can access data within the necessary placement, delivery and storage operations. The operator is obliged to ensure proper processing on request and compliance with the requirements for placing databases of Russian citizens in Russia.
Yandex Metrica is enabled only after selecting “Allow analytics”. Session recording is disabled. Yandex maps, rating widgets and VK videos load automatically and send technical request data to their providers. Yandex, VK.
Clicking on an external link opens the site of another owner, where its rules apply. Site forms do not send enquiries to Tilda. The operator does not use forms for targeted cross-border transfer; connecting new recipients and such transfer requires independent verification of the grounds and compliance with the requirements of the law.
5. Security and your rights
HTTPS, restriction of access to the order store, authentication of requests, limitation of frequency of sending and time-limited links to attachments are applied. The operator organizes access accounting, backup and incident response; absolute security of transmission over the Internet is not guaranteed.
You have the right to obtain information about processing, request clarification, blocking or destruction of data if there are grounds, withdraw consent, appeal against actions to Roskomnadzor or the court. Send a request to admin@tarasovweb.ru or the postal address above, specify the method of feedback and information that allows you to find an appeal. Do not send a copy of your passport without a justified request. The response is provided within 10 working days; extension for no more than 5 working days is allowed with a reasoned notification in cases established by law.
To withdraw consent, email us with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and identify the details used in your enquiry. Analytics preferences can be changed through “Privacy settings”. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing based on another legal ground.
6. Changes
A significant change in the purpose or composition of processing, requiring consent, does not apply to previously received data without proper reason. The site is informational in nature; the composition, cost and terms of services are agreed in a separate contract.
